Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS technical support, technical customer success, implementation support, or a similar technical client-facing role.

In the early stages, you will be the main commercial owner for API opportunities. This involves leading customers through technical discovery, solution scoping, demos, qualification, proposals, and customer handover.
