Multi-threading and stakeholder engagement

• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations (vertically and horizontally), including CHROs, business leaders, CTOs, CIOs, Chief Data Officers, AI transformation leaders, and HR technology stakeholders.
• Adapt communication styles and content effectively to engage different personas and decision-makers.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify decision-makers, process owners (e.g., IT, Procurement), and influencers across customer accounts.

Solution and value selling

• Lead with solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales and/or consulting experience.
• Fluency in Business English is required. Fluency in Thai and/or Vietnamese is highly preferred to support local market engagement.
• Experience in HR software, SaaS, or solution selling.
• Prior experience managing enterprise customers in Thailand and/or Vietnam.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire new business acquisition sales cycle within Asia markets including Japan, from generating interest in target accounts to conducting in-depth discovery calls, negotiating, and closing deals. 

You will have a hunter’s mentality, motivated by closing new business deals. Using your strategic selling skills, you will educate prospective customers on the benefits and value of our core solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will share insights and continuously look for growth opportunities to help your customers’ sales teams achieve success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your book of business with Mid-Market accounts by creating, developing, and executing a strategic plan to achieve revenue targets. 
• Prospect, discover, negotiate, and close business deals with companies across the Southeast Asia markets. 
• Drive revenue by identifying business opportunities and managing the entire sales process in your book of business. 
• Consistently meet and exceed business and revenue objectives outlined in your plan. 
• Inspire yourself, your colleagues, and your customers to embrace a new method of B2B sales that centers on productivity and GenAI.

• Manage and execute contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to maximize contract value while enhancing customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans to identify customer requirements, mitigate risks, and drive on-time renewal closures.
• Establish and maintain deep relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts of renewals and sales opportunities within your territory.

Responsibilities:  

• Year-round customer engagement for LinkedIn Sales Solutions SMB and Mid-Market business, via Outbound calls, Video conferencing, Face to Face meetings (wherever applicable), emails, Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews etc. 
• Provide customers with proactive recommendations to optimize use of Sales Navigator, not limited to conducting product Demo, Refreshers Training, Onboarding etc. 
• Own, drive and manage customer engagement for a high volume of customers 
• Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure 
• Provide insights to customers based on scalable insight tools and self-serve resources 
• Provide customers with updates about self-serve trainings and customer success resources 
• Provide executive management with complete visibility to renewals and solicit executive involvement as required
