• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and standards for projects.
• Coordinate BIM models across different disciplines, including architectural, structural, and MEP, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and update 3D models, drawings, and documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues in collaboration with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Support the BIM Manager in managing project deliverables, submissions, and BIM-related documentation.
• Ensure all BIM data and models comply with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support on BIM-related matters.
• Maintain and organize BIM files, models, and project data for easy access and version control.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to site teams on BIM usage and model interpretation.
• Any other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architecture / Engineering / Construction related fields.
• BCA trained/certified BIM course will be preferred. HDB or residential project experience will be preferred.
• Multi-disciplines required: Architectural, Structural and MEP:

- Minimum 5 years' experience for BIM coordinator role.

• Coordinate and oversee Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works on site to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and schedule.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant parties on all M&E-related matters to ensure smooth coordination and integration with other trades.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Monitor site progress of M&E works and ensure timely completion in accordance with project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, proper installation, and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Identify and resolve coordination issues, including clashes between M&E and other disciplines.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of M&E documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems.
• Manage and coordinate M&E materials, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient site operations.
• Any other duties as assigned by the HOD.
