Job Summary

We seek a proactive, sales-driven individual with strong communication skills and social media knowledge to establish new business, manage client relationships, and support marketing efforts in interior design.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospects and arranging client meetings to build relationships and drive sales growth
• Prepare and deliver weekly marketing reports to track campaign performance and inform strategic decisions
• Manage client and team relationships assertively to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
• Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand presence and engage target audiences
• Apply proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to create presentations, correspondence, and reports
• Work independently and proactively to meet and exceed company sales targets through effective planning and execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Sales experience in interior design or related fields to understand client needs and industry trends
• Educational background of O Level, Diploma, Advanced or higher

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, grow audience engagement, and support marketing objectives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
• Manage daily social media operations and content calendars
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using social media analytics and other digital tools
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to support campaigns and promotions
• Suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions

Requirements

• Diploma or WSQ Certification in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
• Experience with content planning, copywriting, and campaign execution
• Familiarity with analytics and scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, or similar tools
• Basic design or video editing skills will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of paid social campaigns and boosting strategies
• Photography, videography, or short-form content creation experience
• Understanding of current digital and social media trends in Singapore
