An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join an established Singapore-based organisation during a period of organisational growth and workforce transformation.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role will play a key part in strengthening people practices across the business, supporting employee engagement initiatives, talent attraction and retention strategies, compensation and benefits programmes, and broader HR operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating within a hands-on, fast-paced environment and will possess the ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with practical day-to-day execution. This position requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, commercial awareness, and a pragmatic approach to driving positive organisational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with senior leadership and department managers across the organisation
Support the ongoing enhancement and development of HR policies, processes, and people programmes
Review and strengthen compensation and benefits frameworks through market benchmarking and analysis
Prepare HR proposals, recommendations, and business cases for leadership review
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workforce development initiatives
Support talent acquisition activities across multiple business functions
Manage and mentor junior HR team members
Oversee core HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives and change programmes
Support workforce planning and organisational development activities
Contribute to employer branding and employee experience initiatives
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and internal governance requirements
Requirements
Singapore Citizen
Approximately 7–12+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong HR generalist background with exposure across both strategic and operational HR functions
Experience managing compensation and benefits reviews, employee engagement programmes, and talent initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
Comfortable operating within established organisational environments
Ability to manage change initiatives in a practical and commercially sensitive manner
Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
Experience supporting diverse workforce populations would be advantageous
