PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of customer-focused marketing initiatives that strengthen brand engagement, drive customer loyalty, and contribute to commercial growth. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, the specialist will execute targeted marketing activities, support customer engagement programs, and help translate business priorities into meaningful interactions that increase brand affinity, customer retention, and visitation across online and offline channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

• Support the planning and execution of customer engagement and marketing initiatives that strengthen customer relationships, increase brand affinity, and drive repeat visitation and purchases.
• Support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across digital, social, in-store, and other customer touchpoints.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and stakeholder requirements to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and according to plan.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign delivery and customer engagement objectives.

We are looking for a Procurement Intern to support our procurement team in day-to-day administrative, operational, and basic analytical tasks. This role is suitable for a motivated candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn how procurement processes work in a professional environment.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and be comfortable working with data, documents, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Purpose of Job:

I am overall responsible for developing IKEA in the local store market, where the IKEA Store is one of my means to do this – it is not just about running and operating the IKEA Store. • I take the IKEA national business plan and ensure our store plan is aligned to this while meeting our local consumer needs. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

As a sales leader for IKEA Malaysia, you will take ownership for a specific portfolio of HFBs to drive long term sales growth and optimise profitability across your range. You have a deep understanding of your product range, your national market & competition, your consumers, and your internal commercial opportunities. You will develop and create commercial actions, secure competitive pricing and ensure the preconditions are in place to deliver our volume commitments to the total IKEA value chain.

You will develop a close collaboration and partnership with the IKEA stores and other IKEA sales channels (Physical, Digital and Remote CMP's) to ensure that everyone understands the plan and how to present the range in the most commercial way. You will proactively foster a supportive matrix relationship with the Shopkeepers and Sales Managers in the IKEA stores to execute the action plans, understand performance and act on commercial opportunities throughout the year.

You will build a strong relationship with your colleagues in Inter IKEA/IKEA of Sweden to ensure that we understand and act on current trends and commercial opportunities, implement an efficient and market relevant range, and collaborate on the future development of the IKEA product range.

You will work closely with colleagues in the Malaysia Service Office and Ikano Retail on topics that will support our business plan deliverables. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in daily administrative tasks, employee engagement initiatives, and HR operational activities. This internship offers valuable exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, co-worker experience, HR administration, and event coordination.

The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

• You lead the IKEA Café, Bistro and Swedish Food Market as a strong communication mix to strengthen IKEA’s home furnishing business market position in the local market.
• You are accountable for the SFM/Bistro revenue and customer satisfaction goals towards IKEA Food Direction & Strategy, including financial performance i.e. gross profit, costs, man-hours planning, and productivity levels.
• You cooperate with the IKEA Food Management Team to enhance the link between the IKEA Restaurant & Café and the Swedish Food Market by taking actions to promote cross merchandising/communication.
• You are responsible for food preparation and the cash registry in ensuring adherence to the guidelines stipulated in IKEA Concept Documentation and IKEA Safety & Security Risk Manual.

Strategic Planning and Global Delivery:

• Deliver annual Objectives and Main Actions for the Asset & Property Management team worldwide.
• Lead and support the planning and execution of Climate Transition Plan initiatives in the region.

Property Management and Innovation:
