  • Manage end-to-end student lifecycle processes, from matriculation to graduation

About THK Therapy Services (TS)

THK Therapy Services (TS) provides Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Therapy to THKMC programmes and other community partners. We adopt a holistic, client- and family-centred care approach, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.

As a therapy hub, our therapists support a wide range of client profiles and may be deployed across different services based on organisational needs.

About the Role

We are seeking Physiotherapists (Paediatric) to join our allied health team. You will be supporting adults with physical, functional, and mobility needs in THK's disability homes, day activity centres, day rehabilitation centres, and home-based therapy services, among other community-based initiatives.

Therapists may be deployed across various adult-focused programmes depending on service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical

• Conduct physical, psycho-social, discipline specific and impairment-based assessments to determine required therapeutic interventions for routine and complex cases for paediatric and/or adult clients
• Formulate client-centred and SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) goals in collaboration with clients and relevant stakeholders
• Select appropriate and specific outcome measures to enable evaluation of therapy progress and outcomes
• Provide therapy recommendations based on evaluation of clients' needs
• Evaluate therapy progress and outcomes using appropriate therapy outcome measures at regular intervals
• Modify therapy plans based on client performance and motivation as well as therapy outcome measures collected
• Document assessment, intervention plan, progress and caregiver education provided accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide consultation to peers and junior therapists.
• Seek additional supervision for complex cases as appropriate
• Provide clinical education for students and Physiotherapist (E3, E2) in accordance with school requirements, AHPC guideline and Division's Competency & Development Frameworks
• Participate in research-related activities

Management

• Assist in outreach to MSF/NCSS/MOH-funded programmes and other community partners
• Assist in manage individual staff and/or team performance
• Assist in managing feedback, sensitive and/or contentious issues
• Develop and maintain working relationships with other professionals at the divisional and/or organisational level

Administrative

• Lead quality improvement projects or other relevant initiatives aimed at improving therapy services at departmental or divisional level
• Promote clinical services available to the public and external agencies
• Assist in providing public education on speech language therapy related topics to improve community awareness
• Assist in revising work processes and documents for the Physiotherapy department and/or organisation
• Discharge any other duties as assigned by the Senior Physiotherapist/Reporting Officer and/or Divisional Director

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
• Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) Practising Certificate
• Full Registration / Restricted Registration
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Assistant Manager/Manager, Advertising Sales & Partnerships to join our Commercial Partnerships team. In this role, you will drive advertising, sponsorship, and venue partnership opportunities that strengthen Singapore EXPO's position as a preferred venue partner for event organisers, brands, and agencies. You will be responsible for growing revenue across venue-wide advertising and sponsorship assets, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative brand activation opportunities that enhance audience engagement and commercial value. Working closely with event organisers, agencies, media owners, and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping integrated commercial solutions across Singapore EXPO's physical and digital platforms.

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute advertising & promotional (A&P), sponsorships, and venue activation initiatives that enhance Singapore EXPO's commercial revenue opportunities and brand positioning.
• Drive the growth of Singapore EXPO's A&P business across existing client portfolios, while proactively identifying and developing new accounts and untapped market opportunities.
• Manage and grow the A&P sales pipeline, including achieving sales targets, revenue budgets, and sponsorship objectives across venue-wide advertising assets and activation spaces.
• Develop innovative and integrated advertising, sponsorship and brand activation solutions leveraging Singapore EXPO's physical venue assets, Out-of-Home (OOH) media inventory, digital platforms and experiential engagement opportunities.
• Partner closely with event organisers, advertising agencies, media owners and corporate clients to curate customised campaigns and sponsorship packages that maximise brand visibility, audience engagement and campaign impact.
• Handle enquiries, negotiations and account management relating to the utilisation of A&P activation spaces within the venue.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional account servicing, with a commitment to delivering business outcomes with integrity, responsiveness, and a high standard of execution.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, advertising agencies, design houses, printers, authorities, and relevant vendors to ensure smooth execution of A&P activities.
• Monitor market trends, emerging media solutions and audience engagement strategies to continuously strengthen Singapore EXPO's advertising and sponsorship offerings.
• Support cross-functional projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, in line with business and operational needs.

• At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in advertising & promotional sales, sponsorship sales, media sales or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record in business development, account management and client relationship management.
• Experience in Out-of-Home (OOH), integrated marketing, digital advertising, or experiential marketing solutions will be advantageous.
• Candidates with exposure to online advertising sales across websites, portals, apps, or omnichannel media platforms will have an added advantage.

• Assist Test Engineer to carry out all the test and de-bug related activities

• Perform hands-on assembly & disassembly of testing equipment/device so that testing activities in accordance to work instructions, test procedures and work schedule• Review and clarify test requirement

• Execute testing based on the test cases

• Perform the exploratory test and clarify test procedure when needed• Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes for the issues and report the defects

• Record and document result

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related technical discipline).

• Experienced in using hand tools for the physical assembly, disassembly, and secure mounting of hardware units, components, or test jigs.

• Practical experience operating standard laboratory diagnostic equipment—such as multimeters.

• Ability to read, interpret, and precisely execute Work Instructions (WI) and written test procedures.

• Capable of clearly identifying, isolating, and documenting exact failure points, with the ability to compile structured defect reports for the Test Engineering team.
