The Assistant Sales Manager bridges communication between departments, assists in market analysis, and supports the team with training, motivation, and performance tracking.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations and enhance efficiency.
- Manage assigned sales territory or industry sector to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Draft, review, and process sales agreements and service contracts in coordination with relevant departments.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase customer account value.
- Support, guide, and monitor the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare, analyze, and present detailed sales performance reports to management.
- Assist in setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
