Identify and source suitable affiliates based on different products and campaign requirements
Conduct outreach and build connections with affiliates (DM, WhatsApp, email, etc.)
Negotiate and coordinate collaborations with affiliates
Guide affiliates on content direction, key selling points, and campaign requirements
Follow up and ensure affiliates complete video production and publish content on time
Monitor content quality and performance, and provide feedback when necessary
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with affiliates
Support ongoing campaign execution and ensure smooth communication between affiliates and internal team
Job Requirements:
Experience in TikTok, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Responsible, proactive, and result-oriented
Able to manage multiple affiliates and projects at the same time
Familiar with TikTok content trends is a plus
