Job Summary

Manage accounts receivable functions and bank-related activities to maintain accurate financial records and support financial planning. Collaborate with departments to ensure timely billing and payments while assisting system implementation for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable tasks including petty cash handling, bank reconciliation, and verifying expense claims to maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely billing of sales invoices and follow up on payments to optimize cash flow
• Monitor and update daily bank balances to provide accurate and current financial status
• Serve as the primary contact for bank-related inquiries and transactions to ensure smooth banking operations
• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections to support financial planning and informed decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and maintain proper accounting documentation
• Assist in the implementation of new financial systems to facilitate a smooth transition and improve operational efficiency
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the finance team

Required competencies and certifications

• LCCI/ACCA certification or Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient use of accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial data management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Head of Wholesale & Procurement

Commercial Leadership

• Lead the wholesale business unit with full responsibility for revenue growth, gross profit (GP), and market expansion.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive wholesale sales performance and improve overall profitability.
• Oversee pricing strategy, margin management, and product positioning across wholesale channels.
• Direct monthly sales forecasting and demand planning to align inventory, procurement, and sales targets.
• Provide leadership and operational support to the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

Procurement & Supply Strategy

• Lead global sourcing and procurement negotiations to secure competitive purchase costs and maximize margins.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key vendors, distributors, and brand partners.
• Analyse market demand, supply trends, and product lifecycle to guide data-driven purchasing decisions.
• Optimize landed cost structures (product cost + logistics + shipping) to maintain sustainable profitability.
• Identify and secure new product launches and market opportunities to strengthen product portfolio.

Inventory & Product Strategy

• Manage inventory lifecycle including stock acquisition, allocation, and clearance strategies.
• Implement bundle and promotional strategies to accelerate sell-through of slow-moving or legacy inventory.
• Ensure consistent product availability to support wholesale and retail sales channels.

E-Commerce & Marketplace Management

• Lead marketplace growth strategy for Amazon, focusing on revenue growth and brand visibility.
• Manage digital promotions, advertising campaigns, and marketplace analytics to optimize sales performance.
• Oversee official brand storefronts and product listings, including pricing optimization and promotional planning.
