• Manage factory workers and production supervisors
• Plan manpower schedule and assign duties
• Train staff on proper production procedures and hygiene standards
• Monitor staff performance and discipline
3. Quality Control & Food Safety
• Ensure products meet company quality standards
• Implement food safety practices aligned with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
• Ensure raw materials from approved suppliers are used
4. Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain production records and inventory records
• Ensure compliance with **Singapore Food Agency regulations
• Prepare documents for audits such as HACCP or **Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura Halal certification if required
• Monitor expiry dates and traceability of ingredients
5. Inventory & Supply Management
• Monitor raw material stock (coconut, peanuts, pandan leaves, sugar etc.)
• Coordinate purchasing and ensure sufficient inventory for production
• Reduce spoilage and stock loss
6. Equipment & Maintenance
• Ensure machines and equipment are properly maintained
• Arrange repairs and preventive maintenance
• Ensure safe operation of machinery
7. Cost Control
• Monitor production costs and wastage
• Improve efficiency to reduce cost per unit
• Suggest improvements to processes
8. Coordination with Operations
• Coordinate production volume based on orders from retail stalls
• Ensure timely delivery of products to outlets
