Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's product strategic planning, focus on core products such as AI infrastructure and AI intelligent search, and formulate medium and long-term product development plans, iteration routes and implementation strategies based on domestic and foreign market needs and industry trends.
- Lead the full product lifecycle management, from demand research, product design, R&D promotion to launch operation and optimization iteration, coordinate cross-departmental resources such as R&D, sales and marketing to ensure product implementation and achievement of business objectives.
- Establish and manage the product team, formulate team assessment and incentive mechanisms, cultivate core product backbones, improve the overall professional ability and execution of the team, and build an efficient and collaborative product system.
- Combine the global business layout, investigate the differences between domestic and foreign markets, user needs and competitor dynamics, optimize product positioning and functions, promote products to adapt to the needs of domestic and foreign To B customers, and support global business expansion.
- Participate in the company's major strategic decisions, cooperate with sales, operation and other departments to promote product commercialization, improve product market share and core competitiveness, and help achieve the company's overall development goals.
Job Requirements
- College degree or above, with more than 8 years of product management experience and more than 5 years of product team management experience. Experience in related products such as AI infrastructure and AI intelligent search is preferred.
- Possess a global business mindset, be familiar with domestic and foreign AI product market trends, have rich experience in To B product planning, implementation and commercialization, and be able to accurately grasp market and user needs.
- Possess excellent strategic planning ability, cross-departmental collaboration ability and decision-making ability, be able to coordinate and promote complex product projects, and solve core problems in the full product lifecycle.
- Have strong leadership, be good at building and managing product teams, have good communication skills, logical thinking and pressure resistance, and have a strong sense of purpose.
- Understand the relevant compliance requirements of domestic and foreign products, and those with cross-border product implementation experience and product operation experience in Chinese and overseas markets are preferred.
