- Partner Database Maintenance: Keep an organized and up-to-date registry of all active agents (Ajen), ensuring their contact information and bank details for commission payments are accurate
- Incentive Calculation Support: Prepare the monthly activity data required to calculate commissions and bonuses for agents, ensuring all "booked" deals are accounted for.

- Pipeline Progress Reporting: Compile daily "funnel reports" that track the volume of applications at each stage (e.g., survey, committee, disbursement) to keep the team updated.
