Position Title: Vice President, Financial Operations

Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Head of Treasury & Accounting, with executive oversight from the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid, determined by candidate location and business needs on a case-by-case basis.

General Purpose: Responsible for leading the Payment Operations function and overseeing transaction processing for a global CFD brokerage and cryptocurrency exchange.

Specific Objectives (~12 months):

Use defined KPIs to manage timely and accurate payment processing across all supported products, markets, and jurisdictions.

Improve payment success rates and reduce payment-related churn through strategic payment initiatives, optimized payment offerings, and improved transaction routing.

Maintain payment infrastructure and Payment Service Provider (PSP) availability to achieve 99.9% uptime by jurisdiction.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of payment processing expenses, including PSP fees, settlement costs, and related operational charges.

Proactively manage PSP relationships, maintenance windows, and service changes to minimize customer impact.

Increase automation of payment processing activities in line with agreed quarterly targets.

Strategically manage payment routes to reduce settlement costs and overall PSP expenses.

Mentor and manage a globally distributed Financial Operations team to maintain consistent performance, accountability, and service standards.

Provide clear and timely communication to senior management on Financial Operations performance, risks, incidents, and strategic initiatives.

Manage chargeback and dispute processing within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Activities:

Measure, monitor, and report the performance of each payment processor against agreed operational KPIs.

Continually assess team capability, coach team members, and support ongoing performance improvement.

Resolve payment functionality issues and address complex operational or program-related issues.

Maintain payment and order processing workflows according to established priorities.

Drive achievement of agreed qualitative and quantitative operational targets.

Analyze payment operations statistics and compile accurate performance reports.

Coordinate with development and technology teams to continually improve the customer payment experience.

Manage escalations requiring additional research, cross-functional coordination, and subject matter expertise.

Identify the most relevant payment methods for each project based on country, customer segment, and transaction cost.

Supervise technical integrations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

Key Competences:

Strong knowledge of high-risk payment operations, including local bank transfers, IBANs, card processing, cryptocurrency payments, and alternative payment methods (APMs).

Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to resolve complex payment operations issues independently when required.

Ability to work autonomously while maintaining accountability for operational outcomes and escalation management.

Experience in a CFD brokerage, Payment Service Provider (PSP), or cryptocurrency exchange environment preferred.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Country Marketing Manager to lead and execute all local marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the Sales Team.

This role is responsible for overseeing the country’s marketing strategy, campaign execution, partnerships, events, and brand presence — ensuring full alignment with global direction while adapting effectively to local market dynamics.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, is disciplined with deadlines, and operates with a strong data-driven mindset. Success in this role is measured through clear, quantifiable KPIs, not activity alone.

The Country Marketing Manager will report directly to the Head of Marketing (APAC) and act as the key bridge between Global Marketing and the Local Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Operational Leadership

Develop and execute the country-level marketing plan aligned with global strategy

Localize global campaigns to fit the country’s audience and regulations

Identify growth opportunities, trends, and competitive movements in the market

Set clear monthly and quarterly marketing targets with measurable KPIs

Operate with strict adherence to timelines and campaign deadlines

Translate business targets into measurable marketing objectives

Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and insights

2. Sales Collaboration & Revenue Support

Work closely with the Sales Team to support client acquisition and retention

Develop marketing initiatives that directly drive deposits, trading volume, and IB growth

Support Sales with promotional tools, presentations, materials, and local activations

Align marketing timelines with sales targets and regional priorities

3. Campaign Execution & Performance

Oversee local campaigns (digital, offline, partnerships, influencer, events)

Monitor ad performance and ensure optimal budget allocation

Track ROI, cost per acquisition, and campaign performance metrics

Provide regular performance reports to Head of Marketing

4. Events & Brand Activation

Organize and manage local seminars, roadshows, expos, and partner events

Ensure premium brand positioning and consistent messaging

Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and partners

5. Partnerships & Local Network Development

Identify and manage local influencers, educators, and business partners

Build strategic relationships to strengthen brand presence

Oversee content collaboration initiatives

6. Compliance & Brand Governance

Ensure all local marketing activities comply with company policies and regulations

Maintain brand consistency across all local communications

7. Performance-Driven Execution
