We are seeking an experienced and trade-qualified Field Service Technician to join our Bosch Rexroth team in Mackay, QLD. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering expert service and support to our valued customers, ensuring hydraulic systems and equipment operate at peak performance. You will handle service, fault-finding, repairs and commissioning activities both on-site and in the workshop, helping us maintain our reputation for quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.

This is a hands-on role suited to a technician with a passion for problem-solving, strong technical ability, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work independently and as part of a close-knit team, representing Bosch Rexroth on customer sites and building trusted relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Respond to external service and breakdown requests; perform fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems.
• Install, commission and test large hydraulic projects, ensuring high-quality standards and system performance.
• Prepare service quotations and manage documentation (service reports, quality records, customer deliverables).
• Conduct proactive system analysis and recommend maintenance or modernisation solutions to customers.
• Identify spare parts and service opportunities to support ongoing customer needs and drive service growth.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery and regular client engagement.

Contract term: 6 months

• AUTOSAR Architecture Design and Implementation (BSW including operating system, communication stack, memory management, and diagnostic services.
• Toolchain Management and Configuration (Vector, ETAS, RTE)
• ECU Software Development and Integration: collaboration with other teams to define ECU specification and software requirement, handle MCAL and customer device driver development.
• Compliance and Standards: ensuring SW compliance with ISO26262, ISO21434, and ASPICE.
• Testing and Debugging
• Communication and Collaboration: Guide teams on AUTOSAR methodology and best practices
• Adaptive AUTOSAR Expertise (if applicable): ADAS, AD, SOA, SDV.

Key Responsibilities

1). Brand Engagement

• Curates compelling content that adheres to our brand's voice and design standards, including developing creative assets for Facebook ad campaigns, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develops and implement social media strategies to promote Australian Power Tools
• Manages social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.

2). Stakeholder and Team Collaboration

• Participates in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with marketing managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborates with graphic designers and social teams to create visually appealing content for various social media platforms.

3). Data Analysis and Reporting

• Monitors and analyzes social media presence, including both paid and organic efforts to track engagement and optimize strategies.
• Conducts competitor analysis and analyzing company lead acquisition data to contribute to overall strategy.
• Prepares analytics (based on clients’ strategy) and performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for campaign improvement and testing. 

Robert Bosch (Australia) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Student Test Engineer to join our Vehicle Motion department on a full-time basis for 12-months commencing May 2026.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of test software development, test automation, and hardware debugging. You'll work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include: 

• Supporting the software testing activities for customer projects, including but not limited to debugging test systems and test environment, supporting the creation of test cases from requirements, documenting and managing all test results and store in the official project test repository, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and debug hardware issues.
• Support the creation of tools and automated scripts to facilitate customer project software and system testing.
• Supporting analysis of customer specifications and developing relevant validation tests.
• Assisting software and test engineers with Anti-Lock Braking Systems and Electronic Stability Program software releases.
