Duties

• Handle full set of accounts including A/R, A/P & G/L
• Responsible for month-end closing
• Prepare monthly financial report & related management reports - BS,P&L
• Prepare monthly cash flow
• Coordinate & handle any inter-company billing and reconciliation
• Reconcile monthly closing inventory for all warehouse-whse01/whse09/whse06
• Maintain proper document filing & documentation
• Prepare GST quarterly
• Liaise for year-end audit & tax return fillings
• Liaise with external parties including but not limited to clients, vendor, auditors & tax agent.
• Handle or assist in corporate finance matters
• Handle payments including ebanking system
• Handle monthly petty cash claim & staff's claim
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in accounting or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Works & Power-point
• Knowledge in SAP software
• Able to liaise with English & Chinese speaking relevant parties

Job Description

• Plan and oversee overall operation schedules to ensure targets are achieved in terms of deliverables and timelines.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities within assigned areas, including shipping, receiving, order selection, loading, and storage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse associates to ensure timely completion of workload while maintaining productivity, accuracy, customer service, and a safe work environment.
• Plan and monitor activities to control labor and supply costs.

• Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment; promptly report any issues to management.
• Verify that all stock received and distributed is in good condition; escalate and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues.
• Report and address any work-related injuries or incidents, including implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure warehouse staff are properly trained and regularly updated on changes in processes and procedures.
• Manage departmental functions, including manpower planning, training, performance management, and career development of the operations team.
• Develop, implement, and monitor departmental goals to drive operational efficiency.
• Support logistics arrangements, including outbound deliveries to customers and coordination with third-party logistics providers.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Warehouse / Operation management in Singapore
• Able to manage manpower and work allocation.
• Trains, motivates, and guide subordinates to maintain proper discipline at the workplace and work as a team.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising work performance with subordinates and various departments to get the job done.
• Proficient in MS Office and Computer literate.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to coordinate across departments effectively
• ITE/Diploma in related field
• At least secondary School qualification
• At least 2 years of working experience in a production-related position
• Able/ conversant in Word, Excel and normal computer literacy

Job Description

• Able to drive 10ft to 14ft reefer truck to deliver fresh food products to outlets/supermarkets and warehouses.
• Load & Unload goods on/off delivery trucks.
• Diligently check stock before loading goods onto the delivery truck.
• Maintaining and up-keeping of company vehicle.
• Delivering goods to and fro warehouse and outlets.
• Require to perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Logistics supervisor.
