We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Team in Adelaide, working alongside a group of highly skilled specialists.

In this key role within our Water division, you'll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of clients across Australia and develop a deep understanding of their challenges to co-create innovative solutions that help shape the future. You will have the opportunity to work across key sectors including Defence, Social Infrastructure, Transport, Energy and Water.

How you’ll make a difference:

• Join our Adelaide business where you'll support our clients and manage relationships with consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
• Deliver complex projects and programs ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, and specifications.
• Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk elements
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling and risk management.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams - coordinating specialists to deliver high-impact results.

Due to a number of major program awards in ANZ including the Brisbane Olympics, we are seeking expressions of interest from the following skillsets to join our Program Management Business in Brisbane:

• Senior Design Manager:

  • Leading the design team in developing innovative solutions, ensuring project alignment with client expectations and industry standards while overseeing the design process from concept to completion.

• Design Manager:

  • Coordinating design activities across multiple projects, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs that meet project specifications.

• Senior Project Manager:

  • Directing large-scale projects from initiation to completion, managing resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring stakeholder engagement and adherence to project goals.

• Deputy Project Manager:

  • Assisting the Project Manager in overseeing project operations, facilitating communication among teams, and stepping in to lead when necessary to ensure project milestones are met.

• Project Manager:

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while managing relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

This role will sit within our established Ports & Maritime team, with a focus on project and design management across a growing portfolio of work in NSW.

You’ll play a key role in both delivery and client engagement, contributing to strong project outcomes while helping to build capability locally.

How you’ll make a difference

• Lead the design management and delivery of ports and maritime infrastructure projects, including port expansions, marine structures and coastal developments
• Manage project outcomes end-to-end, including scope, programme, commercial performance and technical delivery
• Act as a key client interface, building and maintaining trusted relationships with port authorities, government and private sector clients
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Newcastle, ANZ and our global network to deliver complex infrastructure projects
• Provide leadership across design and delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with industry standards
• Contribute to the continued growth of our Ports & Maritime capability in Newcastle and across NSW

Due to continued growth across our Highways portfolio, we are seeking an experienced leader to join our Brisbane team in a senior leadership capacity.

This role will play a key part in growing our highways capability across SEQ, building strong relationships with key clients including TMR and local authorities, while leading a high-performing multidisciplinary team delivering major road and transport infrastructure projects.

As a member of the ANZ Transport Leadership Team, you will also help shape broader strategic direction across the region and contribute to the growth of AECOM’s highways business.

Lead growth across the SEQ Highways market - Leverage your established network to strengthen client relationships across TMR, local government and key infrastructure clients, positioning AECOM for major highways opportunities.

• Deliver complex highways projects - Provide leadership across major road, corridor and transport infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality, technically robust outcomes.
• Drive technical excellence - Champion best practice in highways design and delivery, supporting innovation across digital engineering and integrated design solutions.
• Strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration - Work closely with planners, designers and technical specialists across ANZ to deliver seamless, integrated project outcomes.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team - Build capability within the team, supporting succession planning while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
