Job Brief:

This role will be responsible for ensuring the correct US GAAP and IFRS accounting treatment for all lease agreements (real estate, operating and finance).  This role will support the business for forecasts, budgets and analysis relating to leases. They will also be responsible for ensuring that we maximise the potential from our existing underlying systems (Oracle, CoStar and BlackLine) and consistently evolve to embrace new technology. Responsibilities & Duties

Lease Management, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Ensure close process, month end review and flux analysis for leases is completed on a timely basis.
