The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate supply of materials and services to support operations. Job Duties

• Prepare and issue purchase orders to local and overseas suppliers, using both SAP and manual processes as applicable.
• Support MRO/CRO operations by replenishing consumables and ensuring timely calibration of tools and GSE equipment.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on pricing, quality, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
• Maintain records of suppliers, materials, prices, and related documentation.
• Seek approval from Quality and Compliance officers for parts requiring airworthiness certification (FAA/CAAS).
• Track purchase order statuses and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, especially for urgent requirements.
• Update stakeholders on order statuses to keep MRO/CRO projects on schedule.
• Liaise with internal customers regarding procurement needs and order statuses.
• Update ERP systems with incoming material details and ensure accurate processing for finance and distribution.
• Ensure supplies received are promptly processed and delivered to requestors as per purchase requisitions.
• Assist the Procurement Lead and Procurement Manager with other procurement-related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma with 3 years of experience OR University Degree with 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of purchasing functions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or RAMCO.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
• Service-oriented mindset with attention to follow-up and case closure.
• Understanding of international shipping processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and RAMCO applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and manage daily crewing operations in line with internal policies and procedures
• Coordinate with Technical and Marine teams to arrange interviews and selection of suitable deck officers and engineers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew lists for all assigned vessels
• Manage and monitor crew documentation, including personal records, medicals, training, and certification validity
• Oversee crew mobilisation and demobilisation, including travel, visa applications, and accommodation arrangements
• Liaise closely with manning agents for crew scheduling and coordinate crew change ports
• Work with port agents to ensure smooth logistics for crew movements
• Review and verify invoices related to crew, travel, accommodation, visas, and manning services prior to finance processing

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Maritime Studies or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of crewing experience.
• Good understanding of STCW, MLC 2006, and flag state requirements
• Experience coordinating with manning agencies and international crew
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vessels and schedules
• High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and compliance
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Duties:

• Provide and compile documented reports upon completion of dry docking, including summaries of work performed, operational budgets and actual expenditures.
• Identify and source for technical and operational supplies required for the vessels and ensure the rates are most economical.
• Ensure that all copies of statutory, solas and equipment certificates (life raft, compasses, etc) are properly maintained and documented
• Provide technical assistance and advice to ships both at home port and overseas.
• Perform evaluation for dry docking, repair quotes and selection of shipyards for repair works, ship maintenance etc.
• Perform monthly review of logs processes and attend to vessel inspections
• Monitor technical status of vessel with relation to class cert and survey
• Supervise contractors’ repair/maintenance of vessels
• Perform budgeting and cost control measures on ship spares and docking requirements
• Perform technical compliance audits and investigation on defects/failures on a regular scheduled basis to ensure conformance
• Work closely with the HSE Management team to ensure smooth and successful implementation of QHSE system and policies for the Division
• Perform systematic review of recommended codes, guidelines and standards and ensure compliance with Quality & Safety Management standards
• Ensure and maintain vessels’ zero loss time accident record and to report all vessel incidents, near Misses to prevent and eliminate potential incidents.
• Undertake any other Technical related assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at min 5-8 yrs relevant experience in similar position
• Possess relevant sea-going work experience as Chief Engineer/Marine Engineer with minimum class 2 certification or equivalent with in experience in AHTS, Offshore Supply/Offshore tug/ Dive Support vessels. Those with DP vessel experience will be highly advantageous.
• Possess good organisational and communication skills and hands-on.
• Independent and resourceful. Able to work under pressure to meet deadline
• Analytical and highly proactive in technical trouble shooting and problem solving
• Familiarity with ISM / ISPS is a must
• Able to conduct effective stand-up training for vessel crews
• Ability to travel within short notice as required

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on aircraft in complying with Company Policies & Procedures and Aviation Authorities Rules and Regulations.

• Setup, operate and maintain all types of conventional or CNC machines such as Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding, Shaping, Hobbing, broaching and conventional machines in the cell/process
• Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gages and fixtures for making accurate inspection checks
• Perform simple troubleshooting of machines
