Responsibilities

• Lead end to end supplier identification, qualification, tendering, and contracting for all data centre operational services, equipment, and materials — including IT cabling labour and materials, as well as broader IT, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:  

• Qualification in IT, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; OR trade certification combined with practical industry experience

Job Description

The Export Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales for the business using a variety of sales techniques for the export markets. Export Sales Manager would promote all our products that the company could offer and would follow up any leads to sourcing new clients or direct dealers

Responsibilities:

• Achieve the export sales target allocated for the given year.

• Develop relationships with overseas clients and dealers.

• Cold call and gather market and customer information.

• Conduct market research, maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and develop and pursue business leads and opportunities based on a systematic methodology to achieve set project sales and agreed revenue targets.

• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.

• Serve as the thought leader for sales in the allocated accounts regarding product requirements, selling trends, competitive landscape, marketing programs and communications.

• Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns, and Leads.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Years of Experience:

• 5 years’ export sales experience in kitchen/home appliances industry.

Job Specific Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

• Proven experience in export business for regional markets.

Job Scope：

Develop and drive regional supply chain strategies to support business growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency across multiple manufacturing sites.

Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, aligning demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory planning, and procurement strategies.

Analyze demand trends, market changes, and customer forecasts to create accurate supply plans and mitigate risks such as shortages or excess inventory.

Design and optimize end-to-end supply chain network, including sourcing strategy, production allocation, and distribution flow across the region.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Engineering, Sales, and Finance) to ensure alignment of supply chain initiatives with business objectives.

Drive inventory optimization strategies, balancing service levels, working capital, and obsolescence risks—especially for fast-moving electronic components.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics, automation, and digital supply chain tools (e.g., ERP, APS systems).

Monitor key supply chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service level, lead time) and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Develop risk management strategies for supply disruptions, including supplier diversification, buffer strategies, and contingency planning.

Lead regional supply chain transformation projects, including process standardization, system upgrades, and scalability initiatives.

Manage and mentor regional planning teams, ensuring capability development and consistent execution across different countries.
