Job Summary

We are looking for a Driver cum Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to handle deliveries, warehouse operations, inventory management, and on-time shipments. The ideal candidate needs to have a clean driving record, solid logistics experience, strong communication skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Operations: Drive and deliver goods safely and on schedule to customers
• Warehouse Management: Handle daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products to meet delivery timelines
• Sales Coordination: Liaise with the sales team to align warehouse activities with sales orders and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure availability and accuracy
• Safety Compliance: Follow and enforce warehouse safety protocols, and recommend improvements to minimize risks and maintain a safe workplace
• Quality Checks: Perform electrical testing on products as part of warehouse operations to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• General Support: Carry out other warehouse and logistics-related tasks as assigned to support overall operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence and forklift license to operate warehouse vehicles safely and legally
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of warehouse and logistics experience to effectively manage warehouse tasks
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and computer applications to maintain records and communicate efficiently
• Apply electrical knowledge to perform testing and support warehouse operations safely
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse workflow
• Work independently and manage stress effectively to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment

Responsible of all outbound inventory stocks deliveries to Thomson Medical Centre as well as the Thomson Specialist clinics. Includes managing the goods return from wards, coordinate on any urgent/emergency item request from nursing wards/clinics/departments for after office hours deliveries as well as organizing stocks inventory items in warehouse.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Carry out daily logistics and warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and delivering goods.

· Generate pick lists and pack items based on ward requisitions.

· Perform quality and quantity inspections on goods received from vendors and suppliers.

· Conduct regular inventory stock takes to ensure accurate records.

· Monitor inventory expiry dates and ensure timely usage or disposal.

· Prepare pick lists using the ERP Inventory system.

· Deliver and collect patient case notes between wards and the Medical Records Office.

· Coordinate the preparation and delivery of discharge marketing bags to Thomson Medical Centre.

· Provide support in delivery of ad-hoc items for marketing events.

· Organize warehouse storage space and housekeeping

· Undertake any other duties as assigned by Warehouse Lead Supervisor / Department Head

REQUIREMENTS

· ’O’ levels/NITEC

· Min. 1 – 2 years of Logistics/Warehousing experience

· Class 3 Driver License

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Import & Export Coordinator to support daily logistics operations and ensure the smooth movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, process, and verify import and export documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners on shipment arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates on delivery and customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, vendors, and related documentation.
• Identify and report any operational or documentation issues for timely resolution.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Relevant experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of customs procedures and documentation preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
