- Manage and maintain warehouse operations and inventory levels.
- Pick and pack implant sets based on sales team orders.
- Deliver implants and instrument sets to hospitals in a timely manner.
- Inspect incoming shipments and organize materials within the warehouse.
- Issue purchase orders and verify accuracy of all accompanying documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and check product expiry dates to ensure quality compliance.
- Participate in annual stock counts and inventory audits.
- Assist the Admin Manager with administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Utilize the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for efficient warehouse and inventory management.
Requirements
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License is preferred.
- Preferable basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP
