Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development
Support the Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Automotive Solutions space, including ADAS, EV Charging Systems, Passenger Information Display Systems (PIDS), and related areas. Assist in developing go-to-market strategies to expand market share and capture emerging trends. - Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, manufacturers, and technology partners. Act as a point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and addressed with strong service delivery. - Sales & Revenue Support
Support the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Assist in proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction. - Market Intelligence
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving market dynamics. Stay updated on Automotive Solutions technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. - Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and business development reports, ensuring timely and accurate insights into pipeline and market activities. - Project Coordination
Support project execution plans under customer engagement initiatives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions aligned to client requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Logistics, or related engineering field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or project-related roles within the automotive or Automotive Solutions industry
- Strong understanding of automotive solutions, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities with good communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
- Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally (approximately 5–20%)
