Job Description:
As a Class 4 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner. You will play a key role in supporting our roadwork maintenance and construction projects across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 4 vehicles, including tipper trucks, lorries, or other heavy vehicles for transporting construction materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely delivery and pick-up of materials to/from work sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials when necessary.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspection and maintenance checks; report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company driving policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the vehicle.
• Assist the ground crew in basic site operations when not driving.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logbooks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Class 4 Singapore driving licence.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience in a construction or similar industry preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks if needed.
• Familiar with Singapore road safety and traffic regulations.
• Ability to communicate in basic English.
• Punctual, responsible, and a team player.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts if required by the project schedule.

• Carry out repair, servicing, and preventive maintenance on company vehicles (e.g., lorries, tipper trucks, service vans).
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair construction machinery and roadworks equipment (e.g., excavators, pavers, rollers, skid loaders).
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults, and perform corrective actions.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure vehicles and machines comply with LTA and MOM regulations.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns on-site and ensure minimum downtime.
• Work closely with the logistics and operations team to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Others work as arrange by the HOD and the company.

Requirements

• Relevant technical qualification in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent if any.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles and construction machinery.
• Good knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and respond to urgent breakdowns.
• Class 3/4 driving license will be an added advantage.
