Requirements:

• Expertise in motion control modeling and algorithms for ultra-high speed and high accuracy applications.
• Proficient in control system analysis and design, including servo motor and motion control systems.
• Strong knowledge of digital electronics and power electronics design, including power supplies and motor drivers.
• Familiarity with analytical and simulation tools such as MATLAB, MathCAD, or equivalents.
• Understanding of electromagnetic technology for motor design.

Job Summary

What you'll be doing

• Lead the operational planning and execution of clinical research studies, ensuring delivery against study timelines, quality standards and business objectives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/ Biomedical Sciences/ Nursing or related studies

• 5 - 8 years of working experience managing and delivering clinical research studies within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research unit (CRU) or contract research organisation (CRO) environments

• Strong experience supporting or managing Phase I, II, III and/or IV clinical studies across the clinical trial lifecycle

• Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, clinical trial regulations, ethics committee/IRB processes and clinical research best practices

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment

• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, study management and operational planning

• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance study execution and operational efficiency

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

• Prior experience coaching, mentoring or leading team members will be advantageous

About the Role

The Programme Manager will support the STCC Programme Office in coordinating and executing key translational research programmes, while facilitating collaboration across STCC platforms. The role aims to strengthen STCC’s ability to deliver multi-institutional programmes and improve alignment between clinical, research, data, and industry-facing activities. The incumbent will work across programmes and platforms, with scope to progressively take on greater responsibility as familiarity with STCC’s operations increases. The role will also support improved coordination across programmes and platforms to enable more efficient translation of STCC capabilities into research and collaboration outcomes.
