Job Summary
Support the design team by producing detailed drawings, preparing presentations, sourcing materials, and assisting project management to deliver high-quality interior design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in detailed design drawings using AutoCAD to support project requirements
- Assist in design presentations incorporating visual aids such as color schemes and material boards
- Assist in sourcing competitive quotes, materials, and samples to meet project specifications and budget
- Assist in developing and updating construction specifications and design documentation for project execution
- Assist Project Manager in processing variation orders and closing project accounts
- Present design concepts clearly and effectively to clients to facilitate decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Currently Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or other relevant fields
- Creative conceptual design skills to develop innovative interior solutions
- Proficient in technical and detailed coordination of drawings for accurate project delivery
- Competent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel, and other design software to enhance presentations and documentation
- Skilled in space planning, conceptual design, and interior detailing to optimize functional layouts
- Strong teamwork and proactive communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Client management skills to maintain positive relationships and understand client needs
