Job Summary

Support project management teams in coordinating clinical trial projects from initiation to completion. This role involves client communication, documentation, and operational tracking to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and track progress to ensure timely delivery
• Support project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
• Monitor inventory, materials, and project requirements
• Support system updates and project tracking (e.g. data entry, reporting)
• Assist in resolving project issues and invoice discrepancies
• Support KPI tracking and project performance reporting
• Assist in SOP updates and process improvements

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
• Experience in project coordination / operations is an advantage

The Opportunity

• Seeking for Temp Manager - Sustainability
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm

The Talent

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental, Facilities Management, Built Environment or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, sustainability, reporting, analysis and project coordination
• Experienced working with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Familiar with reporting, handle documentation and detail oriented
• Candidates with GRI, ISSB, ESG or sustainability reporting will be added advantage

The Job

• Support and coordinating of sustainability report in GRI and ISSB formats
• Soliciting and consolidating inputs from internal stakeholders with drafting content, managing version control and include the new materiality topics
• Support infrastructure related sustainability activities, including sustainability-driven infrastructure efforts
• Supporting the planning and organisation of sustainability events and engagement activities
• Assisting in the development and dissemination of sustainability publicity and communication materials
• Liaising with external designers and copywriters
