About the role/job

The role is primarily office based where the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative support role to the overall business operations and sales activities. As a Sales CRM Controller & Process Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for users and corporate teams (Sales, IT, and others) on all CRM topics related to sales processes. You will work closely with sales teams and system users to ensure process adherence, data quality, and operational efficiency. Acting as the link between business needs and technical solutions, you will maintain master data integrity, enforce corporate sales process standards, and proactively push automation initiatives that enhance sales performance across the organization.

We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in CRM-enabled sales operations and process controlling, ideally within a B2B environment. Strong communication skills, a results-oriented and analytical mindset, and technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Automate or comparable workflow tools, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel are essential to succeed in this role.

Position description – Your fields of activity at a glance

• Ensure adherence to corporate sales processes within CRM; identify deviations, track resolution, and report on compliance KPIs to sales leadership
• Own pipeline data integrity: monitor stage progression, flag stale opportunities, and enforce entry/exit criteria across the sales funnel
• Maintain and govern core CRM master data (accounts, contacts, opportunities); run regular cleansing cycles and manage deduplication
• Design and deploy Power Automate flows to reduce manual CRM tasks — from opportunity updates and approval routing to activity reminders and data validation triggers
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health, data quality scores, and process adherence; translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Act as the main contact for users and internal teams for all operational CRM questions, including user support, training, and documentation

• Develop individual and team sales action plans in line with overall business strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth.
• Create comprehensive sales plans to capture new market opportunities and materialize current sales leads.
• Identify, research, plan, and engage potential clients to establish new business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vendor management and operational workflows, including logistics planning, procurement tracking, budget coordination, and payment governance.
• Own the execution of store activations and partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment and high-quality delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and continuously optimize operational SOPs across retail, partnerships, vendor management, and marketing operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution consistency.
• Drive operational reporting and performance tracking, ensuring data accuracy, actionable insights, and clear visibility to support management decision-making.
• Manage B2B partnerships and KOL collaborations end-to-end, including planning support, coordination, execution oversight, and post-campaign performance evaluation for workshops, seminars, and offline brand experiences.
• Lead execution of community engagement initiatives on the moomoo in-app community platform and TikTok, working closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Oversee retail marketing execution and store activation rollout, including campaign coordination, offline materials planning, and on-ground execution.
• Act as a key operational owner and escalation point between marketing, retail, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and execution excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, operations, events, project coordination, or related functions.
• Strong experience in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project execution.
• Proven ability to manage both marketing execution and operational workflows independently.
• Experience in offline events, retail marketing, or partnership management is an added advantage.
• Strong interest in digital content and social media platforms (especially TikTok) is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Strong multitasking, vendor management, and negotiation skills when dealing with multiple stakeholders.
