Purpose of your Role

OFX is seeking a driven, results-oriented team player to join our expanding sales team. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you are an experienced hunter & sales closer, with a track record of exceeding your targets.  You'll work to identify customer needs, effectively articulate OFX’s value proposition, and discuss how OFX’s products and solutions provide an opportunity for better business money management including FX, financial operations and spend control.  BDMs who consistently exceed their targets will have the opportunity to explore a variety of exciting career growth prospects within our dynamic and growing organization.

What you do

• You will own the entire sales cycle through to close, hitting monthly targets and driving revenue for OFX. This is a true senior level hunter role.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with potential clients via web conferencing, email, phone, and in-person
• Utilizing your strong understanding of business and finance operations, communicate, sell and negotiate with Finance Leaders, Controllers, Accountants and C-level executives and decision makers
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure clients are guided through the onboarding requirements
• Ensure complete and accurate client relationship records within Salesforce
• Maintain up to date knowledge of OFX products and solutions and the value offered in relation to competitors in the marketplace
• Meet and exceed revenue sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of new potential clients

We are seeking a commercially minded Business Analyst (Finance) to join our finance team in Perth. This role plays a key part in supporting business leaders across Australia, New Zealand, PNG, and other locations by delivering financial insights, analysis, and performance reporting that drive effective business decisions.

Working closely with the Business Controller and FP&A team, the Finance Business Analyst partners with General Managers responsible for their respective Lines of Business (LOB). The role focuses on developing financial parameters, supporting long-range planning, budgets and forecasts, and providing insightful analysis to monitor both short- and long-term financial performance.

Responsibilities include however, not limited to:

• Conduct weekly and monthly financial performance reviews for allocated business lines.

• Track progress against revenue and LC targets and highlight variances.

• Monitor and drive reduction of aged open commitments including Debtors and GRNI.

• Manage revenue and cost accruals, prepaid transactions, and ensure compliance with the matching principle.

• Oversee core business line finance functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GRNI, and Open Purchase Orders, ensuring adherence to group policies.

• Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (IFRS15).

• Conduct monthly balance sheet reviews in line with ICoFR compliance requirements.

• Act as a key point of contact for audit requirements in conjunction with the Financial Controller and Business Controller FP&A.

• Execute targeted growth plans aligned to regional priorities to increase adviser engagement and production.
• Strengthen adviser capability and advocacy through training, campaigns and tailored engagement initiatives.
• Share market and competitor insights to inform regional strategy and strengthen TAL’s competitive position.

A Sales Advisor is responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build positive working environment. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide great customer experience. 
• Fold, hang, display and merchandise garments to maximise selling opportunities. 
• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room. 
• Open, unpack and label merchandise with security tags. 
• Support customer purchases and returns in the register.
