主要職責
- 與經銷商、承包商、顧問、開發商和最終用戶建立並維持牢固的關係。
- 尋找並掌握新的商機，以實現銷售目標。
- 推廣和銷售公司的空調和暖通空調解決方案。
- 準備報價單、方案和投標書。
- 為客戶提供技術諮詢和產品推薦。
- 跟進詢價、報價和專案機會。
- 與內部各部門協調，確保專案順利執行，客戶滿意。
- 監控市場趨勢、競爭對手動態和客戶需求。
- 編制銷售預測和定期銷售報告。
要求
- 機械工程或電機工程學士學位/文憑/高級文憑，並具備空調方面的知識。
- 擁有空調、暖通空調、機電、樓宇服務或專案銷售方面的經驗將是加分項。
- 至少有1-2年同職經驗。
- 良好的英語和馬來語能力。
- 具備良好的人際溝通能力，能與各層級人員有效溝通。
- 積極主動、以結果為導向、充滿活力的團隊成員、自我驅動、願意承受壓力、並且具有高度誠信。
- 持有有效駕駛執照並擁有自己的交通工具。
