Keperluan Kerja

• Diploma dalam Pemasaran, Perniagaan, Perdagangan Antarabangsa atau bidang berkaitan.
• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman dalam jualan, khidmat pelanggan atau perdagangan antarabangsa; pengalaman dalam industri logistik atau peralatan diutamakan.
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat, dengan kebolehan terbukti untuk membina dan mengekalkan hubungan pelanggan.
• Kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah dan membuat keputusan yang cemerlang, dengan pemikiran kreatif dan kritis.
• Kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan masa yang kukuh, mampu menguruskan pelbagai keutamaan dengan berkesan.
• Pengetahuan tentang proses perdagangan antarabangsa, Incoterms, kaedah pembayaran (LC, TT), dan dokumentasi.
• Kemahiran komunikasi yang kuat dalam Pelbagai Bahasa kerana peranan ini diperlukan untuk berhubung dengan pelanggan dan rakan kongsi yang berbahasa Mandarin.
• Bermotivasi diri, berorientasikan hasil, dan bersemangat untuk memberikan perkhidmatan pelanggan yang berkualiti tinggi.
• Kemahiran komunikasi silang budaya dan kebolehsuaian dalam suasana perniagaan antarabangsa.
