Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Invoicing: Issue sales transaction invoices and ensure timely billing.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Document Preparation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation and presentations.
• Other Duties: Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Experience: No experience is needed. At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or a related field is a plus.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with various departments.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
