Marketing Intern (Singapore)

What you’ll be doing: 

Join us as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting Singapore’s day-to-day marketing operations and regional ecommerce marketing. This role offers hands-on experience in PR & Social, Retail Marketing with a touch of creative flair. You’ll get involved in a variety of exciting projects, including: 

• Support PR & Social Media campaigns through identifying suitable opportunities for collaborations, partner with KOL to follow through on campaign deliverables and reporting 

• Brainstorm and conceptualize, plan and execute PR events from concept development to activation, media list and reporting 

• Support the analysis of product and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing marketing strategies and activations 

• Setup, coordinate and track marketing activations, including planning and executing retail & CRM eventing and activities 

• Consolidate and review campaign post-mortem reporting for HQ, include compiling and review competition marketing activities, ongoing market trends and information, and analysis of brand’s competitive performance for learning and future decision making

YOUR MISSION _________

Work with Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to drive growth within e-Travel Retail (e-retail, e-trade and social media).

Facilitate the scaling of TR digital campaigns APAC by ensuring that the TR regions have the guidance, tools and content necessary to succeed

• Adapt digital assets (banners, visuals, social media content) to formats needed by regions for retailers
• Assist in translation work from English to Chinese and ensure that translated content adheres to brand's tone of voice
• Support online product assortment preparation
• Ensure proper execution of content/assets by retailers

Monitor and measure the success of Dior’s and competitors’ digital campaigns to continuously optimize

• Monitor brands’ presence on travel retailers’ websites
• Report on best practices, trends and activities within digital in travel retail, including but not limited to digital marketing, SEM, paid media, social media and omnichannel
• Use data, business intelligence reporting and consumer profiling to better understand the connected travel retail client

Digital Operation Support

• Update and compile product information, pack shots
• Support on in-house adaption of banners

YOUR MISSION _________

• Research and report on best practices, trends and activities within Travel Retail Wechat eco-system
• Support in user testing of digital project
• Assist in content calendar preparation for Wechat and content translation work from English to Chinese, ensuring that translated content adheres to brand's tone of voice
• Adapt digital assets (banners, visuals, landing pages) to formats needed for digital projects and ensure proper execution

Execute, monitor and measure the success of Dior’s digital media campaigns to continuously optimize

• Manage media content preparation in Chinese, and execution with media agency
• Monitor the campaign performance, track KPIs and prepare post-campaign reports with key learnings for continual optimization
• Report on best practices, trends and activities within digital in travel retail

Digital Operation Support

• Manage purchase orders, invoices and administrative duties

YOUR MISSION _________

• Support retail and commercial teams through performance analysis, operational cadence, and on-the-ground retail exposure, translating data into actions to improve execution across doors/stores

Core Responsibilities

Performance Reporting & Business Insights

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries (sell-out, productivity, door performance) with commentary and action points
• Track key retail KPIs and follow up on initiatives (e.g., staffing productivity, stock availability, promo execution—customize to your reality)
• Present insights in weekly commercial/retail meetings; ensure actions are documented and closed

Commercial & Financial Support

• Support expense tracking vs budget and last year; highlight variances and drivers
• Assist with simple ROI/business case inputs for door investments/renovations (with guidance)

Market, Door & Portfolio Analysis

• Support market research on trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity in travel retail beauty
• Analyze performance across countries/doors (sales, margin/profitability, expense efficiency) and highlight opportunities/risks
• Help define and track commercial KPIs and contribute to weekly commercial meeting materials (insights, recommendations, actions)

Management Reporting

• Translate analysis into clear presentations for stakeholders (structured storylines, key takeaways, recommendations)

Deliverables / Success Measures

• High-quality commercial performance packs with clear insights and actions
• Variance analysis and scenario models that support decision-making
• Market/competitive summaries with implications for strategy

Opportunities & Exposure 

Lead Ecommerce Marketing Campaigns 

Take ownership of one to two Ecommerce Marketing Campaigns (internship project with benefits), under the supervision of the SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager and Assistant Ecommerce Manager. 

Support Brand Loyalty (CRM) Initiatives 

Assist the Ecommerce team in strengthening brand loyalty and engagement through collaboration with retailers. 

Brand Consistency Management 

Monitor and uphold brand consistency across digital and Ecommerce platforms alongside with local market Digital and Ecommerce Leads. Direct manage creative briefs for SGMY markets. 

Lazada Feed Social Content 

Assist in managing the Lazada Feed Social Calendar, including the selection of creative assets and development of engaging captions. 

Competitor Analysis 

Conduct research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities. Present insights and actionable recommendations to the Ecommerce team to support Sephora and Lazada channel growth. 

Marketing 360° campaign Support 

Contribute to marketing 360° planning and execution, work alongside with SEA Marketing team on below function support: 

• PR launch events 
• Digital marketing campaigns 
• Trade marketing initiatives 

Ad-hoc and Administrative Support 

Provide additional support and perform administrative tasks as assigned by the SEA Senior Marketing Manager, SEA PR & Digital Manager, and SEA Assistant Ecommerce Manager.

YOUR MISSION _________

Based in Singapore, this position will be responsible to work as a part of the marketing team to support the team in developing the business in the TR APAC region.

• Work as part of marketing team to serve as liaison between marketing, commercial, digital and visual merchandising
• Assist in coordination of all marketing initiatives
• Request, review and consolidate information for reporting such as promotion calendar, promotion photos & results, in-store activities and any other adhoc reporting
• Build and update sell-out reports
• Monitor competition initiatives and assist in analyzing and compilation of reports
• Manage, organize and track products and lab samples for all launches and manage inventory to cater to all events
• Assist in coordination and creation of locally produced collaterals, ensuring brand adherence
• Assist in development and rollout of Travel Retail Exclusive Kits. To monitor competitors’ activities and assist Product Manager to make recommendations to portfolio to stay competitive and increase market share
• Assist in coordination of key events such as PR events, Expert seminars, regional meetings and Tax-Free World Exhibition
