Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Role to support our Business Development Manager in sales, marketing, and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys coordination, follow-ups, and building customer relationships in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development Manager in daily sales and marketing activities.

• Support marketing initiatives, including preparation of sales materials and coordination of marketing activities.

• Engage customers through emails, calls, and meetings; follow up on enquiries and quotations.

• Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, delivery schedules, and technical information.

• Prepare basic reports, proposals, and administrative documents related to sales activities.

• Handle general administrative duties related to sales and customer management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (construction industry is an advantage).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow up independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Willingness to learn and grow in business development and sales.

We seek a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive or Manager to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and coordinate projects in the construction industry. The role supports business development through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support daily sales and marketing activities to advance business development goals
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets and expand market presence
• Identify and establish relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers to grow client base
• Generate new leads and pursue sales opportunities through targeted outreach
• Engage customers via emails, calls, and meetings to follow up on enquiries, quotations, and projects
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation to support customer decision-making
• Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and related documentation for effective tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, delivery schedules, and technical specifications to ensure project success
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform sales and marketing strategies
• Plan and execute marketing activities, both online and offline, to promote products and enhance brand visibility
• Prepare reports and administrative documents related to sales and marketing activities for management review

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence and close deals
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Manager role

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in interior design / renovation / construction industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Manager role
