We are looking for a Sales & Operations Assistant to support our sales quotations, project coordination and daily operational tasks.

Training and guidance will be provided. This role is suitable for candidates who are willing to learn and gain hands-on experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue sales quotations.
• Follow up with contractors and clients on submitted quotations.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain product pricing and information.
• Maintain records of quotations and track project progress.
• Assist with cost calculations for projects.
• Support preparation of project documentation and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with site staff, suppliers and contractors when required.

General Duties

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
• Assist management with ad-hoc tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
• Willingness to learn and work in a construction-related environment
• Responsible and able to handle multiple tasks
• Good organisational and follow-up skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word)
• Able to handle workload during peak project periods

This role is suitable for candidates with or without formal academic qualifications, as training and guidance will be provided. Candidates must be willing to learn, take responsibility and work long hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue sales quotations based on drawings, specifications and instructions.
• Follow up closely on submitted quotations with clients and contractors.
• Liaise with suppliers for pricing and product details.
• Maintain proper records of quotations and project status.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and basic cost estimation.
• Support ongoing projects with cost tracking and documentation.
• Assist with variation orders (VOs), claims and project administration.
• Coordinate with site staff and suppliers when required.

General

• Attend site visits and meetings when necessary.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
