• To stop Production Processes in the event a risk of nonconformance has been identified and/or part does not conform to specification and part quality as specified by customer.

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented QAQC Assistant to support quality control activities in the production and labeling process. The candidate will ensure products and packaging labels comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections on documentation, incoming materials, in-process items, and final products during production.
• Support on QAQC executive.
• Verify product labeling accuracy (batch number, expiry date, barcode, ingredients, customer logo, etc.).
• Ensure packaging and labeling comply with approved OEM artwork and client specifications.
• Conduct line clearance before production start-up.
• Record inspection results and maintain proper QAQC documentation.
• Assist in handling non-conformance products and corrective/preventive actions.
• Monitor GMP & Halal compliance and production hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams on quality issues.
• Support customer audits and certification audits (ISO / GMP / HACCP / Halal).

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in related field.
• 1–2 years QAQC experience in functional food or skincare manufacture.

(Fresh graduate are welcome)

• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, Halal or related quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in labeling verification.
• Able to read and verify customer-approved artwork and specifications.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

職責

• 生產啟動前進行生產線清理。

要求
