Position  

Join our Regulatory Reporting Quality Assurance team as a Quality Assurance Engineer where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our global banking operations.  

In this position, you will:  

• Lead test automation initiatives using our Selenium-based framework, directly impacting release quality and speed; 

• Collaborate with development and operations teams across Singapore and Paris HQ to maintain our high standards; 

• Contribute to our department-wide test automation chapter, sharing expertise and driving best practices; 

• Perform critical non-regression testing for application releases supporting the bank's worldwide operations;

  Main Responsibilities  

  • Perform non-regression testing on upcoming application releases to ensure quality and stability; 

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium-based testing framework; 

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams for efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution; 

  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and track issues through resolution; 

  • Contribute to the test automation chapter, sharing knowledge and best practices across the department; 

  • Reduce non-regression test lead times and increase test coverage through automation initiatives;

  Qualifications and Profile

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Test Engineer, preferably in a banking or financial services environment; 

  Technical  

  • Good hands-on experience in following technologies:

  • Programming/Scripting: Python, Java; 

  • Version control systems: Git; 

  • CI/CD tools: Jenkins or similar;  

  • Database: SQL scripting (SQL Server or Oracle preferred);
