Job Description

Eminent Pest Control Pte. Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting / Bookkeeper / Admin Executive to support daily financial and administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate accounting records, compliance with Singapore regulations, and smooth office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full/partial set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and follow up on payments
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting records
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
• Prepare and submit GST filing in compliance with IRAS requirements
• Handle annual tax filing and liaise with external tax agents/auditors
• Process payroll, staff claims, CPF contributions, and related submissions
• Maintain proper documentation of contracts, quotations, and service records
• Update accounting system (e.g. QuickBooks) and internal databases
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams on job status and billing
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• Familiar with GST submission, tax filing, and payroll processing in Singapore
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in service industry (e.g. pest control, facilities, F&B)
• Familiar with Singapore accounting standards and IRAS compliance

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of working experience in accounting and admin roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software,QuickBooks
• Good communication and time management skills
• Able to multitask and work independently

Operational Management

• Plan, assign, and supervise daily pest control activities across various client sites.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of pest control chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor service quality and implement corrective measures where needed.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure effective treatment and compliance.

Team Supervision & Training

• Lead, mentor, and train pest control technicians in safe work practices and service standards.
• Conduct regular toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Assess team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all pest control operations comply with NEA regulations, company SOPs, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of pesticide usage, treatment reports, and safety data sheets.
• Implement preventive measures and emergency procedures for chemical handling.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate with clients to understand requirements, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide technical advice on pest prevention and long-term solutions.
• Prepare and submit service reports and recommendations to clients.

We are seeking a responsible and hardworking individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided. This role involves learning how to carry out pest control services, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing pest control treatments at customer sites.
• Learn to use pest control equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Support routine inspections and help identify pest issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of services provided.
• Ensure compliance with NEA and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Class 3/3A and 2 driving licence an advantage but not mandatory.
