Job Summary
We seek a responsible Quality Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and timely order preparation and dispatch across multiple outlets, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise food production to ensure accurate preparation and timely dispatch of all orders
- Oversee order dispatch processes to maintain delivery timeliness, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction
- Monitor and enforce food quality standards throughout preparation and service stages
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely ordering and availability of raw materials for daily operations
- Conduct regular quality inspections on ingredients, preparation methods, and final products
- Enforce strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards through regular staff checks
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations in kitchen and service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen teams to optimise order timing, prioritisation, and workflow efficiency
- Train and guide staff on quality standards, hygiene practices, and operational procedures
- Manage customer feedback related to food quality and service, implementing corrective actions promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock control to prevent quality issues from shortages or delays
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry
- Proven knowledge of food quality control, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage production workflow and ensure timely order dispatch
- Strong attention to detail to maintain consistency and quality
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities
- Proficient communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience managing multi-outlet or central kitchen operations
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and audit processes
- Experience working with North Indian or similar cuisine
