1. Support for activities claims handling including support for IQIS creation and delivery part preparation
2. Support for preparation and audit ISO 9001 activities
3. Monitoring and update status internal Bosch for pending item problem
4. Monitor and update status commercial cost affected from 0km or field problem
5. Support for warranty documentation activities

• Responsible for product quality for the hydraulic systems like pumps, valves, power unit and cylinders.
• Responsible for customer complaints and initiate closure through systematic problem solving within defined timeline.
• Coordinating and resolving the internal/external Product/process quality topics along with CFT team involving Q-Methods support. Q-table participation from QMM department.
• Moderating Manufacturing Works quality to drive the corrective actions. Independent verification for corrective action implementation & effectiveness.
• Conduct process audit as per VDA standard, system audit as per ISO 9001 standard and spot audit.
• Representing Ahmedabad plant during various meeting with Germany team.
• Customer engagement through virtual and face to face meetings
• PPAP/ISIR submission to customers with compiling necessary Quality reporting from Manufacturing
• Moderation/Coaching of Quality Methods – FMEA, CP, 8D, 4Q and QG/APQP Support during ISO 9001 external audit

This entry level role operationally assumes the responsibility in the 2WP Quality Management department with the intention to develop as a Quality Management professional over the following years. 

Some of the initial core tasks include, but not limited to:
• Management of the unit's IATF16949 compliant Quality Management System as the Process Architect
• Support the team the coordination of the unit's Business Reports to 2WP management and the Bosch Quality headquarters. After one year, ideally lead the business reporting
• Interface with 2WP partner-GB Quality Management organizations to standardize data inconsistencies. 
• Monitor KPIs concerning the department's objectives

Associate has the part responsibility for CRI, CRIN & NHA

Associate is responsible for the project planning of Preventive Quality (PQP).

Associate is in charge for the overall PQP-time scheduling within the project.

Interfaces are mainly to PPS/PQA/ENI-associates. He executes and finalizes the PQP-activities.

Therefore, he bears the full responsibility and is responsible for the part release at the supplier.

Associate is part of the SE-Team work and supports PPS in preparation of PE/PRs.

• Bring new ideas into life: You continuously monitor and evaluate academic and industrial research and adapt new approaches to Bosch products.

Drive preventive quality activities of the Value stream

Support Value stream to ensure the quality standards are implemented and maintained

Promote the quality culture in the value stream, initiate quality improvement projects

Contribution to the preparation and improvement of quality planning of the product (PFMEA, Control Plan, etc)​

Contribution in solving customer complaints, product liability cases and participate in risk assessments​

Active contribution to the daily management/improvement of VS quality (e.g.failure analysis of rejected goods, PS in case of product audit)​

Analyze quality KPIs and initiate quality improvement activities and preparation of quality report.

Project test plan creation with the engineering​.

Participate in quality gates discussion and release.

Conducting internal process and system audits.

- Administrative & event support: provide ad-hoc support for department activities such as workshops, events, and internal meetings.
