Job Description

• Handle day‑to‑day procurement operations on GeBIZ and Workday, including creating and updating catalogue items, variations, and related tasks.
• Create, amend, and close Purchase Orders (POs) on both platforms.
• Troubleshoot system errors on GeBIZ and Workday.
• Conduct open PO monitoring exercises.
• Support ad‑hoc procurement‑related projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within a government agency.
• Possess a Supply Chain/Procurement certification or other related qualification.
• Good customer service, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Government Procurement Instruction Manuals, GeBIZ, and Workday is preferred.

REGIONAL STORE DESIGNER

Be a key team member in the creation of appealing interior design, new fixture development and merchandising bible for Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide interior design solutions from space planning up to final design for Local and Travel Retail channels.

• Develop full design package for point of sales to ensure consistency and quality with brand standard.

• Review vendor’s full package prior to construction. Coordinate and give oral or written clarification to contractor’s queries related to construction.

• Design and develop fixtures that are in line with Sisley brand image.

• Manage the development of new fixtures by working with suppliers & local countries. Includes coordinating on prototyping, sourcing of new materials up to installation phase.

• Follow up on project status and timeline management through project tracker on an on-going basis.

• Maintain the technical specification of regional merchandising bible, ensuring it is up to date.

• Conduct counter audits and post install reviews to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

• Support the forecast, ordering of semi-permanent fixtures between markets and suppliers.
