Role Purpose

Requirements

Education & Experience:

BVLGARI is looking for a Procurement Leader to join our dynamic team here in Singapore, driving the development of the organization and its systems while championing analysis, efficiency in spending and sourcing for key projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategy and Sourcing Management

• Implementation of local sourcing and purchasing strategies based on business objectives and translate them into initiatives and action plans
• Responsible for negotiation of commercial conditions with suppliers (quantitative and qualitative deliverables) in line with economic targets, respecting legal requirements and regulations
• Managing action plans’ execution to improve the purchasing processes, methods, and tools implementation.

Supplier Relationship Performance Management (SRPM)

• Evaluation of suppliers based on performance metrics such as quality of goods/services provided, adherence to delivery schedules, cost-effectiveness.
• Maintaining supplier scorecards, historical performance, and consolidated risk dashboard.
• Review agreements with suppliers.
• Cooperate to strengthen the relationship with the supplier and help on administrative matters where possible.

Systems and S2P (Source-to-Pay)

• Reviewer of the purchase orders in the system monitoring the correctness/completeness of the documentation and the consistency with the company procedures.
• Ensuring that all steps of the S2P cycle are efficient and compliant with company policies.
• Proc. System (IVALUA) procurement regional administrator role.
• Proc. System (IVALUA) regional vendor creation and bidding processes administrator.

Budgeting

• Monitoring of the sourcing and purchasing process for budget analysis.
• Supporting the Business controllers with analysis.

Compliance and Training

• Coordinates suppliers’ compliance requirements arising from multiple stakeholders (F&A, Internal Control, CSR, Ethics and Compliance).
• Managing local training and mentoring on systems and procedures
• Providing suppliers’ onboarding and induction on our systems.

PROFILE

• Recognized university degree in business or equivalent
• Fluent English, Thai and/or Vietnamese and/or Mandarin a plus
• Must have at least 10+ years’ experience
• Proven ability to work with a decentralized team
• Preferably background from Jewelry/watches or luxury fashion or retail industry
• Experience with SAP, Source-To-Pay tool, and Spend Management tools preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to source materials and services, plan procurement activities, and issue purchase orders that align with project requirements
• Evaluate, select, and manage supplier and vendor performance to maintain quality and reliability of supply
• Maintain and update the approved vendor list to ensure compliance and optimal sourcing options
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors and service providers to mitigate risks and secure favorable agreements
• Deliver procurement solutions that meet project timelines and budget constraints
• Monitor and close purchase orders with traceable records to ensure accountability and transparency
• Coordinate logistics arrangements to guarantee timely delivery of goods to project sites
• Analyze and resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, and payment disputes with vendors
• Support ISO and other audit processes by providing necessary documentation and assistance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent
• Experience with MYOB software to support procurement and financial processes
• At least 5 years of procurement experience in construction EPC projects
