Job Description

• Handle the daily operations of the store
• Responsible for financial performance of the store, including profit & loss and implement appropriate cost control measures
• Manage the store’s budget and forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations
• Maximize profitability of the stores
• Maintain and improve the overall performance of the store on a regular basis including cost analysis and monitoring of processes

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
• At least 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management, ERP/WMS systems, and freight coordination
• Possession of a valid forklift license to support operations, compliance, and team supervision
• Experience with Syspro ERP is preferred; candidates with SAP or Oracle knowledge are also encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
