Key Responsibilities:
Support order fulfilment, picking, packing for accurate and timely delivery of goods
Support shipment loading & unloading activities
Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Plan delivery routes and coordinate with internal and external customers on delivery
Work with various departments to resolve warehouse operation related issues
Ensure Workplace Safety procedure are fully compiled
Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
Assist in data collection and reporting
Compile and update SOPs for the warehouse
Project manage process improvement initiatives and ensure project becomes sustainable and updated within business continuity plans
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Relevant area of study in the supply chain field and willingness to learn
Self-motivated and energetic
Good team player with good interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP experience is an added advantage
