Minor Hotels is seeking a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Manager/ Content Creator to lead the always-on social presence for priority properties across Australasia.
This role blends strategic platform management with hands-on content creation, capturing and producing high-performing, social-first content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. Working closely with the Director of Brand Marketing and wider Marketing team, you will ensure content remains visually elevated, platform-native and culturally relevant while driving engagement and audience growth across our hotel brands.

What You Will Do
Social Channel Management
- Manage daily publishing across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook channels.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Ensure channels remain active, engaging and culturally relevant.
- Plan and execute always-on social calendars aligned with marketing priorities.
Content Creation
- Capture and produce short-form video and photography across priority hotels.
- Create Reels, TikToks and social-first storytelling content designed for performance.
- Edit video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent platforms.
- Travel across priority hotels to capture on-property content and experiences.
Platform Growth
- Identify emerging social trends, formats and platform opportunities.
- Optimise content performance using engagement and audience insights.
- Drive follower growth, reach and meaningful audience engagement.
- Test new content formats and continuously refine social strategy.
Collaboration
- Partner with hotel teams to identify compelling content opportunities.
- Work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing to ensure creative and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with the Influencer & Brand Partnerships Manager to amplify creator and influencer content
