You will support the creative and content team, and the larger agency, through research, auditing, and uncovering insights to power effective creative and content solutions, and analysing data that inform and guide strategies.

You will be a core member of the Social Media team to ensure clients’ performance objectives and KPIs are duly met. You will provide assistance to the wider Creative and Content team and other departments of the agency in the space of digital and social performance, best practices and key trends and insights. Likewise, you will act as a consultant to clients and advise on performance efficiency and digital technologies.

You will be the go-to person on all things digital and social performance with key focus on paid social. You are passionate in driving digital success and will provide the learnings and findings on ways to achieve exemplary results for our creative content output.

Key Responsibilities

Operational / Technical

• Manages content operations and quality checking processes for efficient and error-free execution
• Decent understanding of platforms - latest digital and social platforms, channels and format
• Create reports/presentations to present observations, insights and recommendations

Reporting

• Broad understanding of reporting metrics to help improve and strengthen Social Media management activity and social content development
• Regular and accurate analysis and reporting of always-on and campaign performance against client benchmarks
• Decent understanding of the strategic and business context the client is operating in, using this knowledge to develop effective solutions for the client
• Adhere to performance reporting standards such as social media, post campaign, website performance results and analysis
• Basic understanding of social and digital ecosystems, how consumers use each platform and how a brand should participate in an authentic way to identify strategic roadmaps across these channels

Business & Client Management

• Understand the client's overall objectives, and how their work contributes to that
• Learn how to use and configure digital and social media analytics tools to support and deliver client's BAU reports
• Able to create presentations to present observations and findings from the data analysis

Stakeholder Management

• Work effectively in a team, able to support the team in requirements
• Day-to-day stakeholder management, maintaining regular contact to ensure communication flows effectively

Communication

• Coherent and clear written and verbal skills

Role Objective

Sales Pipeline Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation (Top of Funnel)

You are expected to create opportunities daily, not wait for them.

Source leads via: LinkedIn (outreach + connections) / databases Cold calls & emails Networking & referrals

Target: Marketing teams HR / Business owners / founders

Daily KPI:

50–100 new outreaches

10–20 new qualified leads added into pipeline

2. Qualification (Middle of Funnel)

Not all leads are equal — you filter fast.

Identify:Budget potentialDecision makerUrgency / timeline

Disqualify weak leads quickly

Focus only on high-conversion prospects

Weekly KPI:

10–15 qualified prospects ready for pitching

3. Pitching & Consulting

Conduct discovery calls / meetings

Understand client needs and position: Corporate videos Social media content Campaign shoots Training / branded content

Recommend solutions that solve business problems

Expectation:

5–10 pitches per week

4. Proposal & Deal Structuring

Prepare proposals and quotations quickly (speed matters)

Structure deals based on: Client budget scope of work or upsell opportunities

Follow up aggressively

5. Closing (Bottom of Funnel)

Push deals to closure within shortest cycle

Handle objections confidently

Secure deposits / signed agreements

Monthly Target:

Close consistent revenue (e.g. 20K–50K depending on ramp)

Scope of role:

• This role is the key liaison across client & finance teams and local media planning teams

Reporting Structure:

• This role reports to the Media Finance Manager, OMG SG and sits within the media teams that the role supports.

• Your Reporting Manager will be ultimately responsible for the overall management of your workload and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role specializes in supporting the monitoring and analysis of information (budgets, spends/plans) and processes
• This role looks after key tasks in the overall account management scope of the team (deliverables to different stakeholders, budgets)
• Address any issues on PO/budget movement
• Address any issues on finance and invoicing
• Support and liaise with client team for Audit
• Manage all media plans related processes and queries
• Verify vendor invoices & actualise into respective plans
• Advise finance on the allocation of vendor invoices into respective plans
• Supports the Media Finance Manager on measures to ensure financial stewardship across local teams
• Conduct audit and improve media finance operation processes and guidelines as guided
• Collaborate with planners and ensure accuracy of budget management and tracking
