What you will be working on?
Event Microsite & Registration Websites

• Create and maintain event microsite using vibe coding
• Support the admin team to create registration pages
• Monitor and update the event microsite and registration pages regularly

Events Management

• Handle email queries for the event
• Send session confirmation emails to participant

Graphic Design/Content Creation

• Design EDMs and other learning festival collaterals eg. Event powerpoint deck for speakers, Zoom background, email signature
• Editing and resizing content for various platforms
• Crafting copy for website and publicity materials
• Familiarity with basic video editing

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum A-Level/ Diploma in Event Management/ Marketing or relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in event management and coordination would be advantageous.

What is the role about?

In this role you will be coordinating and arranging itineraries and arrangements for the Director, including scheduling of meetings, appointment arrangements and other daily requirements.

You must be an independent worker who is able to work in a fast-paced envoironment, plan complex daily itineraries and cope well with last minute changes, often after normal business hours due to nature of business. You must be able to move around out of office, together with the Director.

In addition, you will also be required to assist in doing sales outbound calls to clients & cold leads during off-peak periods.

We are looking for a dedicated Driver & Event Operations Assistant to join our team and play a key role in both our logistics and setup operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and transport flowers, decor materials, and equipment to various venues and client locations.
• Load and unload floral supplies and decorations safely and efficiently.
• Assist in full wedding and event setup – including arranging floral centerpieces, backdrops, arches, and other decor elements.
• Support the team in on-site decoration, installation, and post-event teardown.
• Ensure all items are handled carefully and delivered in perfect condition.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle(s).
• Help with basic inventory checks and coordination with warehouse staff.
• Communicate with the team to ensure timely setup and smooth event execution.

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 (or relevant) Singapore driving license with a clean record.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move floral stands, props, and heavy decor items.
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors and on tight event timelines.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Willing to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays (depending on event schedule).
• Experience in event setup, logistics, or the floral industry is a bonus.

Job Description & Requirements:

Strong skills in Oracle/MS-SQL/MySQL database administration supporting large database

environments.

 Proficient in Database installation, configuration on UNIX (Solaris & AIX) / Linux / Windows

platforms.

 Experience in Database High Availability setup using Oracle RAC/Dataguard, SQL Server

Failover Cluster/AlwaysOn Availability Groups, MySQL InnoDB Cluster/NDB Cluster.

 Good database performance tuning, troubleshooting skills and locating bottlenecks at both

server and database level.

 Experience in database install, upgrade, plan and execute critical database migration using

Oracle Goldengate/Shareplex.

 Familiar with database partitioning design, TDE encryption and implementing security

standards to secure critical environments.

 Well versed with Database optimizer changes, database internals and troubleshoot

production issues.

 Covering all administrative tasks, such as planning and building new database servers, ASM

disk management, backup and restore, user account and data security management,

capacity planning.

 Disaster Recovery implementations based on Oracle Dataguard. Work with infrastructure

team on upgrades, patching and resolution of cross functional issues.

 Participate in system audits, adhere to the internal security standards.

 Knowledge on Oracle JDBC, ODP.Net, UCP, TAF, FCF and MySQL Connectors.

 Provide deployment support for database objects in production and UAT environments.

 Provide 24x7 production database support and willing to work after office hours /

weekends. Experienced with standard database monitoring tools.

 Good communication and presentation skills and be able to interact with multiple teams at

various levels.

 Skills and Qualification:

Min 2 years of experience working as production database administration supporting Oracle,

SQL Server and MySQL databases. Good skills in unix shell scripting and Oracle PL/SQL

programming.

 Desired skills:

Oracle certification - OCP on Oracle 11g/12c/18c/19c preferred.
