What you will be working on?

• Provide end-to-end administrative and logistical support for training programmes, seminars, conferences, study visits, and events (including programmes for foreign delegates).
• Manage full spectrum of course administration, including publicity, participant registration, training materials, venue coordination, system updates, and on-site support.
• Coordinate vendors, trainers, travel arrangements, procurement, invoicing, and payments to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Monitor programme enrolment, revenue, expenses, and accruals while maintaining accurate records and database management.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence and compliance with operational guidelines.
• Support reporting, KPI tracking, alumni database management, and raise service or operational matters to management when required.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum A-Level/Diploma in Event Management/ Business Management or relevant discipline.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with Chinese delegates in professional settings
