- Analyze audience engagement data to optimize content performance and enhance campaign impact
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure consistent messaging across social media platforms, supporting brand coherence
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform content development and strategic adjustments
- Apply innovative content storytelling techniques to increase digital engagement and brand visibility
- Manage social media projects with strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize basic video editing, content planning tools, and influencer databases to enhance content quality and outreach
Required competencies and certifications
- Certification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in Public Relations, influencer marketing, or content strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Meta, including current influencer trends
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
