主要職責

1. 生產計劃與調度

制定和管理半導體清洗設備組裝專案的主生產計畫。

根據專案優先順序和客戶交付要求，協調人力分配和生產負荷。

監控每日生產進度，並調整生產計劃，以最大限度地減少延誤和瓶頸。

發布和控制生產工單和裝配計劃。

2. 物料控制與庫存管理

與採購和倉庫團隊協調，確保物料及時到位。

監控材料短缺、交貨延遲、庫存過剩和供應風險。

管理物料配套計畫和組裝作業的物料準備。

提高庫存準確性，支援庫存控制活動。

3. 專案協調與客戶溝通

與專案經理和工程團隊緊密合作，使生產計劃與客戶里程碑保持一致。

與日本客戶和日本總部協調生產計劃和交付計劃。

支援根據日本方面的規格變更、優先變更或緊急交貨要求調整生產。

定期參加與日本總部和客戶的會議，報告生產狀況、風險和恢復措施。

4. 生產監控與KPI管理

監測和分析關鍵生產指標，包括：

準時交貨率 (OTD)

遵守日程安排

生產效率

組裝週期

庫存週轉率

材料短缺事件

其他職責包括：

為管理層準備每周和每月的生產報告。

識別生產問題並實施糾正措施。

5. 持續改進

領導生產計畫和物料流管理的持續改善活動。

建立並維護生產控制流程的標準作業規程。

推廣精實生產、5S和營運效率提升活動。

6. 跨職能協調

作為生產、採購、工程、品質保證/品質控制、倉庫和物流團隊之間的協調窗口。

將關鍵生產風險上報管理階層，並提出因應措施。

必要時協助客戶審計和內部營運審查。

7. 團隊管理

領導和監督生產控制人員和計劃人員。

• 至少5年生產計畫、生產控製或製造營運方面的經驗。

Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall restaurant operations, including sales performance, profitability (P&L), service quality, and team management. This role requires strong leadership, commercial thinking, and a focus on delivering consistent guest experience while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Oversee daily restaurant operations (front of house & back of house)

Ensure all SOPs are consistently followed by staff

Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness

Resolve operational issues efficiently and effectively

2. Sales & Business Performance

Full responsibility for revenue growth and profitability (P&L ownership)

Develop and execute strategies to increase daily and monthly sales

Monitor key KPIs such as average spend, table turnover, and repeat customers

Analyse sales reports and implement improvement plans

3. Team Management

Lead, train, and develop restaurant team members

Prepare staff scheduling (roster planning)

Manage staff performance, discipline, and engagement

Involved in recruitment and onboarding of new employees

4. Customer Experience

Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times

Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally

Improve customer satisfaction and online review ratings

Build strong relationships with regular customers

5. Cost Control & Inventory

Control food cost, beverage cost, and overall operational expenses

Monitor inventory, wastage, and purchasing activities

Work closely with the kitchen team to manage cost efficiency

6. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards

Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management

Conduct internal audits to maintain operational consistency

Requirements

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the F&B industry

At least 2–3 years in a Manager or Senior Manager role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Solid understanding of P&L, cost control, and business operations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Responsibility

• Oversee daily funding reviews, transaction processing, reconciliations, and case management activities to ensure operational accuracy, proper documentation, and timely completion.
• Analyze operational workflows, funding trends, and risk indicators to identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, or abnormal activities, and implement corrective or preventive measures.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, and Customer Support to resolve operational issues, improve processes, and ensure smooth cross-functional communication.
• Review and validate escalated funding investigations, risk assessments, and suspicious transaction cases, ensuring proper escalation, tracking, and resolution within established timelines.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, performance dashboards, and management updates, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities, enhancing workflows, and contributing to SOP development and operational optimization.
• Provide training, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team competency, product knowledge, and operational readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fintech or financial services industries, with a focus on supporting Sales and Account Manager is required , at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of funding operations, transaction processing, reconciliations and operational workflows.
• Proven experience handling escalations, resolving complex operational or customer-related issues, and making sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational gaps, investigate abnormalities, and recommend effective solutions independently.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate professionally across multiple departments and stakeholder levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

• Experience with Zendesk, payment systems, CRM platforms, or trading systems will be an added advantage.

We are looking for a General Manager, Malaysia to spearhead YouTrip's entry and growth in the Malaysian market, owning the full P&L, strategy and execution of YouTrip in Malaysia. 

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of YouTrip, this will be an exciting and rare opportunity for candidates with strong entrepreneurial spirit to work closely with the C-Suite & Leadership team to explore, launch, and grow our business in Malaysia. This role is pivotal in shaping YouTrip's presence in a new market — from conducting foundational market research and navigating the licensing landscape, to building a high-performing local team and driving commercial growth.

You Will

• Explore and evaluate market opportunities and competitive landscape in Malaysia
• Assist in the licensing and regulatory workstream, working closely with the Legal & Compliance team to manage submissions to relevant authoritiesLead and own the business growth and P&L of Malaysia, through the ownership strategic roadmap of the business
• Own the product roadmap for Malaysia together with Product & Engineering to identify big bets and localisation opportunities specific to the Malaysian market

• Market Entry & Research Expert - You have hands-on experience leading market entry initiatives, including structuring and executing market research frameworks, synthesising competitive intelligence, and translating insights into actionable go-to-market strategies. Prior experience launching a product or business in Malaysia is a strong advantage
• Licensing & Regulatory Navigator - You have working knowledge of Malaysia’s financial services regulatory environment, including familiarity with BNM’s licensing frameworks (e.g. Payment Services Act or its equivalent). You are comfortable engaging regulators, managing licensing submissions, and coordinating with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex approval processes
